For the next few weeks, we’re encouraging everyone in the Zero community to come together for group fasts on Mondays. Fasting is better together, even when we’re apart, so let’s share some virtual encouragement. Here’s how to join:
- Start your timer after your last meal on Sunday
- Complete any length fast you’re comfortable with—circadian rhythm, 16:8, 18:6…all fasts are welcome!
- Share your progress and fast breakers using #FastMonday on the social channel of your choice (or here in the comments), and check out the hashtag to motivate others throughout the day.
