I logged my first workout in the app today, but it’s not showing up under the Healthy Movement Challenge. Is there somewhere else that I’m supposed to log my exercise?
Ready…..for real. I want to use this opportunity to show some appreciation for the team of health consultants representing ZERO. I love this APP ZERO. It has encouraged me to stay on track. I enjoy reading the material and applying the information to my journey. Intermittent Fasting has been apart of my journey to optimal health for over a year. I am managing very well.
