First Fast of Fall

Temperatures are getting cooler, leaves are getting crunchier, and days are getting shorter—fall is here, so let’s celebrate with a group fast! We’ll be hosting an extended group fast from September 30-October 2 with guidance for completing a 48-hour fast shared along the way. Here’s how to join:

  • Follow us on Instagram for guidance from Thomas DeLauer on prepping for and breaking an extended fast
  • Start your timer after your last meal on September 30
  • Hydrate throughout the fast (black coffee and herbal tea are allowed unless you’re fasting for gut rest)
  • Break your fast on October 2 at the 48 hour mark…or sooner depending on your fasting experience

Those who complete a fast will be entered to win a prize pack from including a 1-year Keto Club membership and exclusive swag.

We welcome fasters of all experience levels to join us for this fast—complete a circadian rhythm, 16:8, OMAD, etc. between September 30-October 2 to get in on the fun. All participants will unlock an exclusive badge and get lots of info on extended fasting (which will come in handy when you’re ready to take on a longer fast in the future).
