Managing your fasts just got easier with iOS 14—widgets allow you to see your fasting progress at a glance, and Siri support lets you start and stop fasts without lifting a finger.
Home Screen Hero
We’ve created a Zero widget so you can make your fasts the star of your home screen. Check out the time remaining in an active fast, what Fasting Zone you’re in, or the amount of time until your next fast, all without having to tap into the app. Check out our FAQ for setting yours up.
Hey Siri
In case your Zero widget hasn’t made things easy enough, you can now tell Siri to start and end your fasts (you know, in case your hands are tied up prepping an awesome #FastBreaker).

How do I get the widget?
How do we add it to the home screen on iOS? It doesn’t seem to work
A huge amount of people need this widget for Samsung phones
I found a shortcut for starting a fast but not one for ending a fast , I did not create this so it must have been installed with the update. Can you give us a shortcut for stopping.
If there are shortcuts for both, I can set up an automation to start and stop a fast at specific times.
I always follow the fast times but I dont always have my phone with me.
